[Keymap] Added my personal keymaps for dz60 and TMO50. (#6772)

* Added ottodokto keymaps for dz60 and tmo50.

* moved placement of keymaps to proper directory

* fixed accidental deletion of semicolon for tmo50 map

* fix to use short form codes
