[Keymap] Ergodox EZ and dactyl-manuform keymaps for rishka (#7051)

* Setup keymaps and userspace for Rishka

* Creates a keymap for Ergodox Ez, bdn9 and Dactyl Manuform 5x6

* Update bdn9 config with suggested change

* Add pragma to other header files
