[Keyboard] Handwired Maltron DQz11N1G contoured keyboard (#17237)
* Basic support for Maltron DQz11N1G controller replacement.

* Update keyboards/handwired/dqz11n1g/rules.mk

* Rehost images to cubeupload.com.
