MechMerlin dbce3f648b Budget96 Production PCB Fix (#6900)
* production version of the PCB has the top two right most keys swapped around. There are only 6 protos in existence and one of them is mine so we can just do this.

* update readme by adding backticks

1. Install homebrew by typing the following:
```
/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
```
2. Install `crosspack-avr`.
```
brew cask install crosspack-avr
```

```
brew install python3
pip3 install pyusb
brew install --HEAD https://raw.githubusercontent.com/robertgzr/homebrew-tap/master/bootloadhid.rb
